• 5 years teaching 8th grade earth science in Vivian Field Junior High in Carrollton-Farmer's Branch

• 9 years teaching at R. L. Turner High school in Carrollton...teaching a variety of physical science, biology, and astronomy...

• Presently teaching 5 classes of astronomy and 1 class of IPC (integrated physics and chemistry)

• B. S. degree in Education from Southwest Texas State University, San Marcos, TX

• Post-graduate work at University of Houston/Clear Lake City (earth sciences); University of Houston/ Main campus (Gifted and Talented Grad Program); Southwestern Louisiana State (Biology/Physics)
