| My name is Jeffrey L.
Ridout, I'm one of six children born and raised in Spokane, Washington.
In 1991 I received my Bachelors degree in Exercise Science
from Western Washington University located in Bellingham, Washington.
I finished my Master In Teaching degree at Whitworth College in Spokane,
Washington in 1996.
I moved to El Paso, Texas in the summer of 1996 and began
my teaching career that Fall at Franklin High School. This is my 5th year
teaching at Franklin. The subjects I've taught are Algebra I and II and
Geometry.
I love athletics. I played football and baseball in high
school and now I stay fit by continuing my study of Shotokan Karate, going
to World Gym, and playing golf. I also enjoy listening to Classical, Baroque
and Christian music.
This is my second year being associated with the Texas Aerospace
Scholars Program. Last year I assisted with the Red and Blue Teams and
this year it looks like I will be with the White Team. I'm looking forward
to an outstanding week.
