Application Deadlines

March 3, 2008 -- applications DUE. This includes:

Online applications from ALL team members completed.
Talent Release and Letter of Commitment form from each applicant received by the MAS office.
Letter of Support from principal received by the MAS office. (A statement will be emailed directly to the principal upon the submission of the online team application. The principal must sign and return by the application deadline date).

To be determined -- selected teams will be notified.

Workshop Dates

Teams will choose one week from the appropriate workshop below. Dates are subject to change.

Teams of Two:: June 15-20, 2008

Teams of Four:: July 6-11, July 20-25, 2008

Texas middle school teachers spend one week during the summer in a professional development workshop at NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston.

They learn how to use NASA's educational resources in the classroom and develop an action plan to implement during the following school year.
